Carolyn R. Brock is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law (2004).

Carolyn has been practicing law since 1995, working predominantly in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, probate in La Mesa, California.

She graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California in December of 1994 and was licensed to practice law after taking and passing the February 1995 California Bar Exam. Carolyn was on the National Deans List from 1991 – 1993, and a member of the San Diego Justice Journal law review writing staff from 1992 – 1993.  Carolyn contributed as a consultant to the editor for the CEB Treatise California Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives, published in 2008 and contributed as a co-author of Chapter 20 (Integrating Succession Plan With Estate Plan) of the CEB Treatise, Business Succession Planning.

Carolyn is a member of the State Bar of California and Foothills Bar Association of San Diego County. Carolyn was the 2012 President of the Foothills Bar Association of San Diego and was the 2013 and 2014 Vice-President on the Board of Trustees of the San Diego County Public Law Library.
