CAROLYN R. BROCK

Carolyn R. Brock is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law (2004).

Carolyn has been practicing law for over 16 years, working predominantly in the areas of Estate Planning, Trusts, Wills, Probate, Conservatorships, Trust Administration, Corporate/Business Law, and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders.

She graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California in December of 1994 1994 and was licensed to practice law after taking and passing the February 1995 California Bar Exam. Carolyn was on the National Deans List from 1991 – 1993, and a member of the San Diego Justice Journal law review writing staff from 1992 – 1993. Carolyn recently contributed as a consultant to the editor for the CEB Treatise California Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives, published in 2008.

Carolyn is a member of the State Bar of California and San Diego County Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section. Carolyn is currently the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Foothills Bar Association and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section of the Foothills Bar Association. Carolyn is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the San Diego County Public Law Library for a term February 2009 through February 2012, and serves on the board of the East County Chapter of San Diego Lawyers Club.

In her spare time Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Cody, and is involved in her church.
