She has decades of experience in probate law and has passed that knowledge on to others through her articles, lectures and teaching. Knowledge and skill are one part of providing excellent client service. Our approach is to place the individual and their families first, the law second. This means we care about what happens to our clients after the ink is dry on the documents. Our relationships with our clients are as important as notching a win.

Our legal fees are generally quoted at a flat rate and upon conclusion of an initial free consultation. Some matters are billed on an hourly rate basis.
